About the Leadership

 Thomas Caldwell is an experienced visionary in large-scale cloud-based SaaS solutions and AI/ML software targeted at enterprise and service providers. A veteran of Cisco and Microsoft, Thomas is a member of the Forbes Technology Council and has established a reputation as a highly skilled communicator, writer, and speaker. Thomas has led several successful startups, including CyberFlow Analytics, an AI/ML cybersecurity behavioral analytics startup acquired by Webroot. Previously, Tom led Techniche, a global software company, as the CTO. His role included shaping a new vision of innovation for critical asset management, observability, and a focus on EV Charger networks. Today Tom is co-founder of EcoSec Works, an AI-cybersecurity startup for renewable energy ecosystems such as EV Charging infrastructure. With an MS in computer science, he has more than 20 years of experience in high-tech business and software engineering.

 Anders is a co-founder of EcoSec Works and has a proven track record as a cross-functional product leader to creatinge innovative high-growth offerings in close collaboration with engineering based on strong customer relationships and quality market research. He has extensive experience in synthesizing new technologies and industry knowledge to create solid value propositions for customers in renewables, enterprise, cloud and SaaS applications, network security, ML/AI data analytics, IoT, observability, and network & IT management. Anders has repeatedly orchestrated geographically distributed teams using agile scrum methodologies. He has for example hired, led, and coached teams of up to 16 product managers. 

He recently contributed directly to an average 60% year over year growth to in excess of $175M ARR while 4 years with startup Illumio where he launched both its new SaaS-based cloud security products CloudSecure and Illumio for Azure Firewall as executive product owner. In addition to being responsible for a major part of Illumio’s data center-focused zero trust offering he thus also has become more and more vigorously entrenched in public and multi/hybrid cloud areas and SD-WAN.
